Clients unwilling or unable to complete the agreed-upon work may have their consulting services terminated.
**2. Follow-up Appointments**
Upon completion of the initial consulting engagement and implementation of the recommended strategies, clients may request a follow-up appointment. Follow-up appointments are available to review progress and adjust strategies as needed.
**3. Right to Refuse Service**
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who fails to actively implement the strategies provided. Should a client consistently disregard or fail to take action on the recommendations, consulting services may be terminated at our discretion. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any services rendered.
**4. Communication and Office Hours**
All communication with our team should occur during our posted business hours, as listed on our website and Google page. Clients should limit inquiries to these times. Communication outside office hours is not guaranteed to receive a response.
**5. Service Modifications and Changes**
We reserve the right to make changes to our service offerings at any time. This includes modifying or discontinuing certain services as we see fit. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that impact ongoing consulting engagements.
**6. No Refunds**
Due to the nature of consulting services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. Clients are encouraged to consider this policy carefully before engaging our services.

Thank you for choosing Judy Carasco We are committed to providing valuable resources and services to help grow your business. Please review our return and refund policy below:
**Consultations**
All consultations are final sale. Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds or returns on consultations once they have been completed.
**Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads)**
All digital products, including eBooks and downloadable materials, are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Once a digital product is purchased, you will have instant access, and therefore, we are unable to offer a refund.
**Physical Products**
All physical products are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any physical items. We stand by the quality of our products and encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Physical products will be replaced ONLY if there has been damage in the shipping process. With proof of damage we will replace the item. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before making a purchase.
**Exceptions**
If you experience a technical issue with a digital product or receive a damaged physical item, please reach out to us at 561-889-1819 within 7 days of purchase. Our team will work with you to address the issue, but this does not guarantee a refund or return.
